Afro-Caribbean Walking Football recently took part in the 2026 World Masters Walking Football Tournament, competing alongside teams from across the UK and overseas.
We are delighted to share our new video capturing the action, atmosphere and memorable moments from the Sunday of the tournament.
Representing Afro-Caribbean Walking Football
The World Masters provided another opportunity for our players to represent Afro-Caribbean Walking Football on the international stage, combining competitive football with the friendship and community spirit that make walking football so special.
The video offers a closer look at the team’s experience on Sunday, including match action and moments from around the tournament.
More Than a Football Team
While we are proud of our achievements on the pitch, Afro-Caribbean Walking Football has a much wider purpose. We want to encourage more people—particularly those within African and Caribbean communities—to become active, stay active and enjoy the physical, mental and social benefits of walking football.
Events such as the World Masters demonstrate that age need never be a barrier to representing your community, competing at a high level or forming lasting friendships through sport.
